{"id":8011,"date":"2024-10-17T18:48:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-17T15:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hbrkahta.com\/?p=8011"},"modified":"2024-10-17T18:48:00","modified_gmt":"2024-10-17T15:48:00","slug":"milletvekili-ozhandan-koy-evlerinin-yerinde-donusumunu-saglayan-duzenlemeye-iliskin-aciklama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hbrkahta.com\/index.php\/2024\/10\/17\/milletvekili-ozhandan-koy-evlerinin-yerinde-donusumunu-saglayan-duzenlemeye-iliskin-aciklama\/","title":{"rendered":"Milletvekili \u00d6zhan\u2019dan k\u00f6y evlerinin yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayan d\u00fczenlemeye ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span><span>Milletvekili \u00d6zkan, 6 \u015eubat 2023\u2019te meydana gelen depremlerin \u015fehir merkezlerinde oldu\u011fu gibi k\u0131rsal b\u00f6lgelerde de b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u0131k\u0131ma neden oldu\u011funu belirtti.<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span><span>Depremlerden etkilenen vatanda\u015flardan gelen talepler ve yap\u0131lan incelemelerle Plans\u0131z Alanlar \u0130mar Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine ge\u00e7ici bir madde eklenerek konutlar\u0131n yerinde yeniden yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin birtak\u0131m kolayl\u0131klar getirildi\u011fini kaydeden \u00d6zhan, d\u00fczenlemeyle konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n hedeflendi\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>D\u00fczenlenmeyle depremin yaralar\u0131n\u0131n bir nebze de olsa sar\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden \u00d6zhan, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>&#8220;D\u00fczenleme ya\u015fan\u0131lan deprem afeti nedeniyle olu\u015fan yaralar\u0131n bir nebze de olsa sar\u0131lmas\u0131, bar\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7inde en h\u0131zl\u0131 \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve k\u00f6ylerde kom\u015fuluk ili\u015fkilerinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin temini maksad\u0131yla yaln\u0131zca k\u00f6y ve k\u0131rsal yerle\u015fik alanlarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutuldu. B\u00f6lgede tar\u0131msal faaliyetlerin olumsuz etkilenmemesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde hassasiyet g\u00f6sterilerek isk&acirc;n d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131 kapsama d&acirc;hil edilmedi. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra d\u00fczenlemede yer alanlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kat adedi, bina y\u00fckseklikleri vb. yap\u0131la\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n ise \u00e7evre d\u00fczeni plan\u0131 ve Y\u00f6netmelikte belirlenen di\u011fer hususlara uygun \u015fekilde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmesi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.&rdquo;
