Depremzedelerin yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm konusundaki kararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve arzusunun enflasyona ve in\u015faat maliyetlerinin her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn artmas\u0131na tak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Mehmet Demir &ldquo;yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n daha h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi ve depremzedelerin s\u00fcrece kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm i\u00e7in verilen 750 bin hibe ve 750 bin faizsiz kredinin maliyetlerdeki art\u0131\u015flar dikkate al\u0131narak 1 milyon hibe ve 1,5 milyon faizsiz kredi olarak g\u00fcncellenmesi gerekmektedir&ldquo; dedi.<br \/>\nKira yard\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme dahil olan ve TOK\u0130 kuralar\u0131nda kendisine konut \u00e7\u0131kan hak sahiplerine \u00f6demesinin iptal edildi\u011fini dile getiren Demir, &ldquo; Kuradan kendisine konut \u00e7\u0131kan veya yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme dahil olan hi\u00e7bir depremzede hemen ertesi g\u00fcn konutuna yerle\u015femiyor. Yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecine dahil olup in\u015faat ruhsat\u0131 alan hak sahipleri i\u00e7in de konutlar\u0131n tamamlanma s\u00fcreci bir y\u0131ldan uzun s\u00fcrmektedir. Bu s\u00fcreler i\u00e7inde hak sahipleri ikamet ettikleri evlere kira \u00f6demeye devam etmekle birlikte yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm in\u015faat maliyetini de kar\u015f\u0131lamak durumunda kalmaktad\u0131r. Bu sebeple hak sahiplerine \u00f6denen kira yard\u0131m\u0131, konutlar ikamet edilmeye haz\u0131r hale gelene kadar mutlaka devam etmelidir&rdquo; \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<br \/>\nYetkililerin t\u00fcm bu durumlar\u0131 dikkate alarak ma\u011fduriyetlerin telafisi i\u00e7in depremzedelerin bu taleplerine dair kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran uygulamalar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Demir &ldquo;at\u0131lacak her ad\u0131m memnuniyet \u00fcretmekle beraber g\u00fcveni de peki\u015ftirecektir. Kamuoyu ad\u0131na s\u00fcreci takip edece\u011fiz.
