Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n bereketli topraklar\u0131na sahip Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir taraftan yeniden in\u015fa ederken, bir taraftan da deprem afetini ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f hem\u015fehrilerimizin moral ve motivasyonunu art\u0131r\u0131p bu t\u00fcr etkinliklerle sanat ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrle yo\u011frulan bir \u015fehir haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmektir.”dedi.
