Sermaye Piyasas\u0131 Kurulu (SPK) taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lacak olan d\u00fczenleme ile gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m fonlar\u0131n\u0131n gayrimenkul projelerine yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na dair yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama, sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri taraf\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Gayrimenkullerin menkulle\u015fmesi ve eri\u015filebilir hale gelmesini sa\u011flayan gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131m fonlar\u0131, g\u00fcvenli bir finansal yat\u0131r\u0131m modeli olarak gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fclk edinebilmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
