Bu, son 20-30 y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek ya\u011f\u0131\u015f ve doluluk seviyesine i\u015faret ediyor. Sahada da bunu net \u015fekilde g\u00f6zlemleyebiliyoruz. Bu nedenle b\u00f6lge a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son 20-30 y\u0131l\u0131n en y\u00fcksek doluluk oranlar\u0131ndan birinin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz.&#8221;<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Barajdaki dolulu\u011fun enerji \u00fcretiminin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da kritik \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu vurgulayan Ak\u00e7a, <em><b>&#8220;Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131 yaln\u0131zca enerji \u00fcretimi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u0131da \u00fcretiminin de bel kemi\u011fi konumunda. Mevcut doluluk seviyesini bu a\u00e7\u0131dan olduk\u00e7a olumlu de\u011ferlendiriyoruz.&#8221;<\/b><\/em> dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerine dikkati \u00e7eken Ak\u00e7a, <em><b>&#8220;Ya\u011f\u0131\u015f rejiminde ciddi dengesizlikler ya\u015fanabiliyor. Baz\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde kurakl\u0131k, baz\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde ise a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ya\u011f\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu nedenle damlama ve bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 sulama sistemlerine y\u00f6nelmek gerekiyor. Vah\u015fi sulamadan uzak durulmal\u0131. Toprak nemi g\u00f6z karar\u0131yla de\u011fil, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131yla belirlenmeli \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00fczeydeki kuruluk \u00e7ift\u00e7iyi yan\u0131ltabilir, topra\u011f\u0131n alt k\u0131sm\u0131 suyla doygun olabilir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda sens\u00f6r destekli sulama y\u00f6ntemleriyle y\u00fczde 60-70&#8217;e varan su tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu sayede suyu daha verimli kullanabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Baraj\u0131n \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Ak\u00e7a, <em><b>&#8220;Atat\u00fcrk Baraj\u0131 sadece T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in de\u011fil, d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in de \u00f6nemli bir kaynak.
