Festival kapsam\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 80 kad\u0131n, ana yemek, hamur i\u015fleri ve tatl\u0131 kategorilerinde yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kad\u0131nlar, evde haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131 en lezzetli yemeklerini j\u00fcri \u00fcyeleri \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefler Ramazan Bing\u00f6l, Esra Tokelli, Ayvaz Akbacak ve Beslenme Uzman\u0131 Hatice Nur Ege&#8217;ye sundu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hbrkahta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/adiyamanda-mutfak-festivali-coskusu-kadinlar-yoresel-lezzetlerle-yaristi-0-2DLFqMup.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131yaman Ticaret Merkezi&#8217;nde b\u00fcy\u00fck co\u015fkuyla ba\u015flayan festivale, Vali Dr. Osman Varol ve e\u015fi Funda Varol, Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdurrahman Tutdere, Ad\u0131yaman \u00dcniversitesi Rekt\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kele\u015f, il protokol\u00fc, \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefler ile il ve il\u00e7elerden gelen \u00e7ok say\u0131da vatanda\u015f kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f t\u00f6reninde konu\u015fan Ad\u0131yaman Valisi Dr. Osman Varol, &#8220;Ad\u0131yaman, tarih boyunca bir\u00e7ok medeniyete ev sahipli\u011fi yapm\u0131\u015f, her birinden izler ta\u015f\u0131yan k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir \u015fehir. Bu topraklar\u0131n her lezzeti, bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, bir hik&acirc;yenin yans\u0131mas\u0131. 6 \u015eubat depremleri ile a\u011f\u0131r yara alan, dayan\u0131\u015fma ruhuyla yeniden aya\u011fa kalkan ilimizde Valili\u011fimiz ev sahipli\u011finde bu y\u0131l ilkini d\u00fczenledi\u011fimiz Mutfak Festivali ile bu miras\u0131 gelece\u011fe ta\u015f\u0131maktan gurur duyuyoruz. Festivalimizin payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc ve bereketiyle keyifle ge\u00e7mesini diliyorum&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Festivalde a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan halk oyunlar\u0131 ekibinin g\u00f6sterisi renkli g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclere sahne olurken, ziyaret\u00e7iler kurulan stantlarda istedikleri \u00fcr\u00fcnleri tatma f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldu.<\/p>\n<p>Ev han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi yar\u0131\u015fmada, Abuzer kebab\u0131, Besni tavas\u0131, ni\u015fevle tatl\u0131s\u0131, peynir helvas\u0131, i\u00e7li k\u00f6fte, \u015f\u0131ll\u0131k tatl\u0131s\u0131, ek\u015fili k\u00f6fte (k\u0131llotik), \u00e7i\u011fk\u00f6fte, semsek, tene helvas\u0131, h\u0131tap gibi birbirinden lezzetli yemek ve tatl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitleri sunuldu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hbrkahta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/adiyamanda-mutfak-festivali-coskusu-kadinlar-yoresel-lezzetlerle-yaristi-1-zfHZLOEX.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lar, \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015feflere sunacaklar\u0131 geleneksel yemeklerinin neler oldu\u011funu ve i\u00e7eri\u011fini Perre Haber Ajans\u0131&#8217;na tek tek aktar\u0131rken, Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini tan\u0131mak istediklerini ve bu t\u00fcr yar\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini dile getirdi.<\/p>\n<p>Festivale kat\u0131lan vatanda\u015flar ise, bu t\u00fcr etkinliklerin Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;da yer bulmas\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a memnun olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, festival ortam\u0131n\u0131n ve ikramlar\u0131n \u00e7ok g\u00fczel oldu\u011funu, Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;\u0131n yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7ok zengin oldu\u011funu ve d\u00fczenlenen etkinliklerle yemek tan\u0131t\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n devam etmesi gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;\u0131n geleneksel yemekleri ve co\u011frafi i\u015faretli \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na katk\u0131 sunan \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015feflere, Vali Dr. Osman Varol taraf\u0131ndan te\u015fekk\u00fcr plaketi takdim edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fmada ana yemek kategorisinde, G\u00fclizar Erdo\u011fan Besni tavas\u0131 ile birinci olurken, Esma Koyuncu Abuzer kebab\u0131 ile ikinci, Ay\u015fe Duran yarp\u0131zl\u0131 k\u00f6fte ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc oldu. Hamur i\u015fi kategorisinde, Emine Akg\u00fcn kavurmal\u0131 h\u0131tap ile birinci olurken, Huriye \u00c7e\u00e7en i\u00e7li kurabiye ile ikinci, Neslihan Akbay i\u00e7li kurabiye ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc oldu. Tatl\u0131 kategorinde ise, Fatma K\u00fclek\u00e7i topak helva ile birinci olurken, Fatma Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m k\u00fcnc\u00fcmet tatl\u0131s\u0131 ile ikinci, Servet Kesmezo\u011flu ni\u015fevle tatl\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc oldu.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hbrkahta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/adiyamanda-mutfak-festivali-coskusu-kadinlar-yoresel-lezzetlerle-yaristi-2-wbVEiUMq.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Yar\u0131\u015fmada dereceye giren kad\u0131nlara \u00f6d\u00fclleri, Vali Dr. Osman Varol, \u0130l Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Arzum Nazman, \u00fcnl\u00fc \u015fefler Ramazan Bing\u00f6l, Esra Tokelli, Ayvaz Akbacak ve Beslenme Uzman\u0131 Hatice Nur Egeli taraf\u0131ndan verildi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hbrkahta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/adiyamanda-mutfak-festivali-coskusu-kadinlar-yoresel-lezzetlerle-yaristi-3-2OiMU9bX.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Festivalde yar\u0131\u015fmac\u0131lara \u00f6d\u00fcllerinin verilmesinin ard\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunan \u015eef ve J\u00fcri \u00dcyesi Ramazan Bing\u00f6l, &#8220;Deprem d\u00f6neminde T\u00fcm Restoranlar ve Turizmciler Derne\u011fi olarak Milletvekilimiz Resul kurt&#8217;un \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131yla buraya geldik. Ve burada aylarca kald\u0131k. Ama hem Ad\u0131yaman halk\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fi hem de T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin deste\u011fiyle farkl\u0131 bir \u015fey yapt\u0131k. Yani yemek haricinde hediyeler, kebaplar ve oyuncaklarla farkl\u0131 bir \u015fey yapt\u0131k. Ad\u0131yaman bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6zel. Bu festivalle beraber de bug\u00fcn yine Valimiz ve Milletvekilimiz Resul Kurt&#8217;un destekleriyle art\u0131k Ad\u0131yaman mutfa\u011f\u0131na bir tohum ektik. Ve ileride bu \u00e7ok g\u00fczel meyveler verecek&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eef ve J\u00fcri \u00dcyesi Esra Tokelli, ya\u015fanan depremden sonra b\u00f6yle bir festivalin Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;a \u00e7ok iyi geldi\u011finin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, &#8220;Depremden sonra b\u00f6yle bir festival bende Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;a \u00e7ok iyi geldi. Yemekleriyle, gastronomisiyle daha \u00f6n palana \u00e7\u0131kacak, buna inan\u0131yorum. Burada ilk kez yap\u0131lan bir festival olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen inan\u0131lmaz bir talep ve ilgi vard\u0131. Herhalde daha sonraki festivallerde buras\u0131 ta\u015facak ve alan yetmeyecek&#8221; ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;\u0131n bir\u00e7ok lezzete sahip oldu\u011funu, ancak bu alanda kendini tan\u0131tamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktaran \u015eef ve J\u00fcri \u00fcyesi Ayvaz Akbacak, &#8220;Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;\u0131n lezzetlerini \u015fu anda t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya tan\u0131tmak i\u00e7in buraya geldik ama Ad\u0131yaman kendini tan\u0131tamam\u0131\u015f. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada ciddi bir gastronomi derinli\u011fi var. Bu sadece b\u00f6lgesel ve buradaki insanlar\u0131n bildi\u011fi bir \u015fey. Biz \u015fefler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla in\u015fallah buradaki \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ve yemekleri daha modernize ederek t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyaya ta\u015f\u0131yaca\u011f\u0131z&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Beslenme Uzman\u0131 ve J\u00fcri \u00fcyesi Hatice Nur Ege, Ad\u0131yaman halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok misafirperver oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;\u0130lk defa Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;a geldim, ancak gastronomi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir\u00e7ok lezzet vard\u0131. Bu lezzetleri in\u015fallah t\u00fcm d\u00fcnya duyacak ve Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;\u0131 ziyarete gelecekler. \u0130yi ki geldik, iyi ki Ad\u0131yaman&#8217;day\u0131z.
