Ad\u0131yaman Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdurrahman Tutdere’nin se\u00e7im vaatleri aras\u0131nda yer alan Modern Kesimhane ve Hayvan Pazar\u0131 Kompleksi’nde ilk kesim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Ba\u015fkan Tutdere, belediye ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, meclis \u00fcyeleri, birim m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri ve y\u00fcklenici firma yetkilileri ile birlikte tesisin modern kesim alanlar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyerek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 denetledi.<\/p>\n

“1954’ten Bu Yana \u0130lk Modern Kesimhane”<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fkan Tutdere, Ad\u0131yaman tarihinde bir ilki ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini belirterek, “1954 y\u0131l\u0131nda il olan Ad\u0131yaman’\u0131m\u0131zda, ilk kez bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekte modern bir kesimhaneyi hizmete kazand\u0131rman\u0131n gururunu ya\u015f\u0131yoruz. Art\u0131k sofralar\u0131m\u0131za ula\u015fan etler, hijyenik ko\u015fullarda, \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gereklerine uygun tekniklerle kesilerek halk\u0131m\u0131za sunulacak. Bu tesis, hem vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem de \u00fcreticilerimizin eme\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kazan\u0131md\u0131r. Bu projede eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en t\u00fcm kurumlara te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum. \u00d6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki g\u00fcnlerde k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f ve b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvan pazarlar\u0131m\u0131zla birlikte bu entegre tesisi tam kapasiteyle halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hizmetine a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131z. \u015eimdiden Ad\u0131yaman’\u0131m\u0131za hay\u0131rl\u0131 u\u011furlu olsun” dedi.<\/p>\n

Kahta Yolu \u00fczerinde 2 bin 244 metrekare alan \u00fczerine kurulan tesis, b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f hayvan pazar\u0131n\u0131, modern kesimhaneyi ve hayvan bar\u0131nma alanlar\u0131n\u0131 tek \u00e7at\u0131 alt\u0131nda topluyor.<\/p>\n

Tesisin \u00f6zellikleri ise \u015fu \u015fekilde:<\/p>\n

-G\u00fcnl\u00fck kapasite: 230 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f ve 70 b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvan,<\/p>\n

-So\u011fuk hava depolar\u0131, idari birimler ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 \u00fcniteler,<\/p>\n

-Hijyen standartlar\u0131na uygun kesim alanlar\u0131 ve modern sistemler.<\/p>\n

Tesis, b\u00f6lgedeki hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 destekleyecek, \u00fcreticilere g\u00fcvenli bir sat\u0131\u015f ve kesim ortam\u0131 sa\u011flayacak.<\/p>\n
