M.E.K. y\u00f6netimindeki 02 AG 052 plakal\u0131 otomobil ile M.K. idaresindeki 02 AEK 653 plakal\u0131 motosiklet \u00e7arp\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Kazan\u0131n ard\u0131ndan olay yerine itfaiye, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve polis ekipleri sevk edildi. Besni Belediyesi itfaiye ekipleri ara\u00e7larda s\u0131k\u0131\u015fan vatanda\u015flara m\u00fcdahale etti.
