Suphi Y\u0131lanc\u0131 Kimdir?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

E\u011fitim ve \u00d6\u011fretmenlik Y\u0131llar\u0131: 1970 y\u0131l\u0131nda Kahta\u2019ya ba\u011fl\u0131 Geldibuldu (Tille) k\u00f6y\u00fcnde do\u011fan Suphi Y\u0131lanc\u0131, ilkokulu k\u00f6y\u00fcnde, ortaokulu Kahta\u2019da tamamlad\u0131. Adana Erkek Lisesi\u2019nde lise \u00f6\u011frenimini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren Y\u0131lanc\u0131, 1989 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7ukurova \u00dcniversitesi T\u00fcrk Dili ve Edebiyat\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc kazand\u0131 ve 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda mezun oldu. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l Kahta Lisesi\u2019ne edebiyat \u00f6\u011fretmeni olarak atand\u0131. 1998\u2019de g\u00f6revinden ayr\u0131larak \u015eanl\u0131urfa, Ad\u0131yaman merkez ve Kahta\u2019da \u00f6zel e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 y\u0131l \u00f6\u011fretmenlik ve y\u00f6neticilik yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sosyal Hizmet Kurumlar\u0131na Ge\u00e7i\u015f: 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda SHE\u00c7EK (Sosyal Hizmetler ve \u00c7ocuk Esirgeme Kurumu) \u015eanl\u0131urfa \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne \u00f6\u011fretmen olarak atanan Y\u0131lanc\u0131, 2009\u2019da Ad\u0131yaman SHE\u00c7EK\u2019e ba\u011fl\u0131 Kahta Toplum Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne tayin oldu. 2009-2012 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda burada m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck g\u00f6revlerini vekaleten y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2013 y\u0131l\u0131nda Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kurulmas\u0131yla birlikte Toplum Merkezleri Sosyal Hizmet Merkezlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc. Y\u0131lanc\u0131, Kahta Sosyal Hizmet Merkezi\u2019nin kurucu m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te aktif g\u00f6rev ald\u0131. 2013-2017 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Kahta SHM\u2019de farkl\u0131 g\u00f6revlerde bulundu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Y\u00fckselme ve Yeni G\u00f6revler: 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen G\u00f6revde Y\u00fckselme ve Unvan De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi S\u0131nav\u0131 sonucunda \u015eanl\u0131urfa ASP \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Suru\u00e7 Sosyal Hizmet Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak asaleten atand\u0131. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda e\u015f durumu tayini ile Ad\u0131yaman \u00c7ocuk Evleri Sitesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ne naklen atand\u0131ktan sonra, Ad\u0131yaman merkezde sosyal hizmet kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda idarecilik yapt\u0131.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Kahta Sosyal Hizmet Merkezi\u2019nin kurucu kadrosunda yer alan Y\u0131lanc\u0131, son olarak Aile ve Sosyal Hizmetler \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yordu. G\u00f6r\u00fclen l\u00fczum \u00fczerine asaleten Kahta Sosyal Hizmet Merkezi M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc olarak atand\u0131.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
