Ba\u015fvurular, Ad\u0131yaman Belediyesi ana binas\u0131, Abd\u00fclhamit Han K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nde yer alan Sosyal Destek Hizmetleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve Sosyal \u0130\u015fler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc (AKEM) \u00fczerinden \u015fahsen kabul edilecek.<\/p>\n

\nPrograma ba\u015fvuracak ailelerin ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi olmalar\u0131 ve Ad\u0131yaman il merkezinde ikamet etmeleri gerekiyor. Ba\u015fvuru s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00e7ocu\u011fun n\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 fotokopisi, ikametgâh belgesi ve veli kimlik fotokopisinin ibraz edilmesi isteniyor.<\/p>\n
