AFAD \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen toplant\u0131da, afet risklerinin azalt\u0131lmas\u0131, haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck gibi konularda muhtarlara y\u00f6nelik detayl\u0131 sunumlar yap\u0131ld\u0131. Proje ile mahalle ve k\u00f6y halk\u0131n\u0131n afet haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131na do\u011frudan dahil edilmesi ve yerel d\u00fczeyde fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n

Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan AFAD E\u011fitim Uzman\u0131 Akif Paksoy, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ve kamu kurumlar\u0131yla i\u015f birliklerine \u00f6nem verdiklerini belirterek, \u015fu ifadeleri kulland\u0131:<\/p>\n
“Mahalle ve k\u00f6ylerdeki kamu temsilcisi olan muhtarlarla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar sayesinde hem muhtarlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n afet bilinci e\u011fitimlerine eri\u015fimi art\u0131yor hem de AFAD\u2019\u0131n mahalle halk\u0131na ula\u015fmas\u0131 kolayla\u015f\u0131yor. Yerel topluluklar\u0131n afet risklerini azaltmaya, haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck sistemine aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor.”<\/p>\n
AFAD taraf\u0131ndan verilen e\u011fitimlerle muhtarlar\u0131n afet risklerine kar\u015f\u0131 donan\u0131ml\u0131 hale gelece\u011fini kaydeden Paksoy, “Muhtarlar ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe te\u015fvik edilecek, yerel tehlikelerin tespitinde \u00f6nc\u00fc rol \u00fcstlenecek ve mahalle halk\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n par\u00e7as\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacaklar” dedi.<\/p>\n

AFAD\u2019\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck seferberli\u011fine destek verdiklerini ifade eden Ad\u0131yaman Muhtarlar Federasyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Abdulkadir Geylani Ta\u015f ise \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yapt\u0131:<\/p>\n
“AFAD G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck Sistemi ile afet an\u0131nda do\u011fru davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bilen, e\u011fitimli bireylerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 bizleri memnun ediyor. Bu sistem sayesinde afetlerin zararlar\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmek ve sunulan hizmetlerin kalitesini art\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hale geliyor. 6 \u015eubat depremi hepimize \u00e7ok \u015fey \u00f6\u011fretti. Rabbim bir daha b\u00f6yle felaketler ya\u015fatmas\u0131n. Bu projede g\u00f6rev alan t\u00fcm muhtar arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyoruz.”<\/p>\n
Toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan 33 mahalle muhtar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131 projeye destek verdi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klarken, AFAD G\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck Sistemi\u2019ne kay\u0131t olarak aktif g\u00f6rev alma taahh\u00fcd\u00fcnde bulundu.
