A\u00e7\u0131lan dava sonucunda Ad\u0131yaman \u0130dare Mahkemesi ve Gaziantep B\u00f6lge \u0130dare Mahkemesi&#8217;nin uzman raporlar\u0131na dayanarak binan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r hasarl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini tespit etti\u011fi, ancak TOK\u0130\u2019nin bu karar\u0131 uygulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;TOK\u0130 Mahkeme Karar\u0131n\u0131 Tan\u0131m\u0131yor, Can G\u00fcvenli\u011fimiz Tehlikede&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Bina sakinleri ad\u0131na yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Bizler, Musalla Mahallesi&#8217;ndeki TOK\u0130 konutlar\u0131ndan t\u00fcm birikimlerimizle bir yuva sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015f ki\u015fileriz. Ancak 6 \u015eubat depreminde G10 blok a\u011f\u0131r hasar ald\u0131 ve bu ilk tespitlerde resmi kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. Daha sonra TOK\u0130&#8217;nin itibar\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in bina orta hasarl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterildi. Mahkeme s\u00fcrecinde uzman raporlar\u0131, binan\u0131n a\u011f\u0131r hasarl\u0131 oldu\u011funu ve y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ortaya koydu. Hem Ad\u0131yaman \u0130dare Mahkemesi hem de Gaziantep B\u00f6lge \u0130dare Mahkemesi bu karar\u0131 onaylad\u0131. 17 Ocak 2025 tarihinde kesinle\u015fen mahkeme karar\u0131na ra\u011fmen TOK\u0130, bu binay\u0131 y\u0131kmay\u0131 reddediyor ve bizi a\u011f\u0131r hasarl\u0131 bir binada ya\u015famaya zorluyor.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;TOK\u0130 Yetkilileri Bizi G\u00f6rmezden Geliyor&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Depremde b\u00fcy\u00fck kay\u0131plar veren Ad\u0131yaman halk\u0131n\u0131n halen ma\u011fdur edildi\u011fini belirten bina sakinleri, yetkililere \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131za, Say\u0131n \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakan\u0131m\u0131za sesleniyoruz. TOK\u0130 yetkilileri bizleri g\u00f6rmezden geliyor, mahkeme karar\u0131na ra\u011fmen evlerimizi y\u0131k\u0131p yeniden yapmamakta \u0131srar ediyor. Bizleri \u00f6l\u00fcmle burun buruna ya\u015famak zorunda b\u0131rak\u0131yorlar. Yetkililerin TOK\u0130\u2019ye gerekli talimat\u0131 vermesini istiyoruz.
