Prof. Dr. Mahmut Kaya taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan sunumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, kurumsal hizmetler hakk\u0131ndaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ve y\u00f6netimden beklentileri ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fkan Halla\u00e7: &ldquo;Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Bulgular\u0131, Belediyemizin Hizmet Kalitesini Art\u0131racak&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da konu\u015fan Kahta Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Can Halla\u00e7, anket sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n belediyenin hizmet kalitesini art\u0131rma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde rehber olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirterek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde Prof. Dr. Mahmut Kaya liderli\u011findeki proje ekibi taraf\u0131ndan mesai arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan anket uygulamas\u0131 ve odak grup g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 de\u011ferli hocam\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan birim m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerimizle payla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Belediyemizin kurumsal hizmet ve faaliyetlerine etkinlik ve verimlilik kazand\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irilen bu anket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n y\u00f6netimden beklentilerini belirleme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirme ve personel memnuniyetini \u00f6l\u00e7meye y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli veriler i\u00e7eriyor.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Sunum sonras\u0131 belediyemizin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zay\u0131f y\u00f6nlerini g\u00f6rme imkan\u0131 bulduk. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya katk\u0131 sunan Prof. Dr. Mahmut Kaya ve ekibine, ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayan t\u00fcm mesai arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za ve toplant\u0131ya kat\u0131lan birim m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerimize te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum.
