Ad\u0131yaman, Bereketli Hilal\u2019in kuzeydeki incisi olarak Anadolu ile Mezopotamya aras\u0131nda bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc vazifesi g\u00f6rmektedir. Nemrut Da\u011f\u0131\u2019ndan Cendere K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019ne kadar uzanan tarihi miras\u0131yla, bu topraklar insanl\u0131k tarihine tan\u0131kl\u0131k eden kadim bir hazineyi bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ad\u0131yaman\u2019a 29 Milyar Liral\u0131k Yat\u0131r\u0131m&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131n ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131na yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 detayl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klayan Uralo\u011flu, \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>2002\u2019den bu yana Ad\u0131yaman\u2019a 29 milyar 320 milyon liral\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011fu 23 kilometreden 273 kilometreye \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk kez bit\u00fcml\u00fc s\u0131cak kaplama yollar yap\u0131larak Ad\u0131yamanl\u0131lar modern ula\u015f\u0131m imkanlar\u0131na kavu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131yaman, Kahramanmara\u015f, Gaziantep, Adana, Mersin, Malatya, Elaz\u0131\u011f ve \u015eanl\u0131urfa\u2019ya b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollarla ba\u011fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ad\u0131yaman, tarih boyunca ticaret yollar\u0131n\u0131n kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda olmu\u015ftur. Bu stratejik konumu g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve ilin ekonomik, turistik potansiyelini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in altyap\u0131 projelerine \u00f6zel \u00f6nem veriyoruz.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kahta-Narince-Siverek Yolu\u2019nun Katk\u0131lar\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Projenin detaylar\u0131na de\u011finen Uralo\u011flu, Kahta-Narince-Siverek Yolu\u2019nun Ad\u0131yaman ve b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6neme i\u015faret etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yolumuz, Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131 Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019yu \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019ne ba\u011flayan stratejik bir hatt\u0131r. Bu proje, Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015finden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 miras\u0131, gelece\u011fin ayd\u0131nl\u0131k vizyonuna ta\u015f\u0131yan bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc olmu\u015ftur.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Proje uzunlu\u011fu: 40,8 kilometre.<\/p>\n<p>Tamamlanan k\u0131s\u0131m: 27 kilometre, 656 metre uzunlu\u011funda iki \u00e7ift k\u00f6pr\u00fc ve 60 metrelik iki \u00fcstge\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p>Seyahat s\u00fcresi: 55 dakikadan 25 dakikaya indirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Tasarruf: Y\u0131ll\u0131k 953 milyon lira (706 milyon lira zamandan, 247 milyon lira akaryak\u0131ttan).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evresel fayda: Karbon emisyonunda 18 bin ton azalma.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Mevcut g\u00fczergah\u0131n heyelanl\u0131 kesimleri devre d\u0131\u015f\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131larak, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere daha g\u00fcvenli ve konforlu bir yolculuk sa\u011flanacak. Ayr\u0131ca turistik ve tarihi alanlara eri\u015fim kolayla\u015facak.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nemrut Da\u011f\u0131 ve Tarihi De\u011ferler Daha Yak\u0131n<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, projenin turizm a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemi de vurgulad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nemrut Da\u011f\u0131, Cendere K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, Eski Kahta Kalesi, Arsemia Antik Kenti ve Karaku\u015f Tepesi gibi d\u00fcnya miras\u0131 de\u011ferlerimize eri\u015fim art\u0131k \u00e7ok daha kolay. Bu durum, Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131n turizm potansiyelini art\u0131racak ve b\u00f6lgesel kalk\u0131nmaya \u00f6nemli katk\u0131lar sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Yol Medeniyettir&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ula\u015ft\u0131rma ve altyap\u0131 projelerinin ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve toplumsal refah a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemine de\u011finen Bakan Uralo\u011flu, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan\u2019\u0131n &#8220;Yol medeniyettir&#8221; vizyonunu hat\u0131rlatarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Her yeni yol, k\u00f6pr\u00fc, t\u00fcnel ve havaliman\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, \u00fcretim, ticaret, turizm ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr faaliyetlerini canland\u0131rarak istihdam olanaklar\u0131 yarat\u0131yor. 2002 y\u0131l\u0131nda 6.101 kilometre olan b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yol uzunlu\u011funu, bug\u00fcn 29.700 kilometrenin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. 81 ilimizin 77\u2019si art\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f yollarla birbirine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f durumda.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nissibi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn Ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131<\/p>\n<p>Uralo\u011flu, Nissibi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn b\u00f6lge ula\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcne de de\u011findi:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda sular alt\u0131nda kalan eski karayolu yerine in\u015fa etti\u011fimiz Nissibi K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc, G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019nun Bo\u011faz K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019d\u00fcr. 2015\u2019te hizmete giren k\u00f6pr\u00fcden bug\u00fcne kadar 5 milyon 780 bin ara\u00e7 ge\u00e7ti.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ad\u0131yaman \u0130\u00e7in \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya Devam Edece\u011fiz&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131n kalk\u0131nma yolculu\u011funda projelerin devam edece\u011fini vurgulayan Bakan Uralo\u011flu, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle tamamlad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Ad\u0131yaman\u2019\u0131n kalk\u0131nmas\u0131, depremin izlerinin tamamen silinmesi ve T\u00fcrkiye Y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131 hedeflerimiz do\u011frultusunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z s\u00fcrecek. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihinin ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu topraklar, gelece\u011fin yol haritas\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izmeye devam edecek.
